Questions for Oct. 7th 9 a.m. Telephone Conversation

Thank you for taking the time to talk. These are the questions that I hope
to discuss. I am sharing the questions so you have an idea of what we may
talk about. Bottom line though, I am interested in your perspective and
point of view and we can shuttle these questions if there is a better
direction to go.

€ What has been the best part about being a Superintendent so far?

€ What effect has the superintendency had on your health, your family, your
emotions, your spirit/core beliefs?

€ What successes have you had as a superintendent?

€ If you were to replay two choices that you have made so far then what
would you do?

€ Have you developed good relationships with other superintendents in the
area? If so then what is it like?

€ What lesson and systems did you learn in Northshore that you were able to
apply in Eastmont?

€ Were there systems and styles that worked in Northshore that didn't work
in Eastmont?

€ What long-term projects are you working on now? (like levies, budget
etc...) Describe the process.

€ How did you go about the superintendent job search?

€ What were the most important activities and questions to ask during your
first few months on the job? (Did you have an Entry Plan for your first few
months as superintendent?)

€ What was your career path to the superintendent's position?

€ Who have been your leader role models as you have moved through the
career ladder?
