The Connectors
Ideas from Gladwell's the Tipping Point:
A connector is a person that knows and relates to many people. In any group their will be about 20 percent of the people that do eighty percent of the work, 20 percent of the people also have eighty percent of the connections. I will not say that we as missionaries need to find these people, like marketers to get our messages to as many people as possible. Rather we need to be these people. The job of missionary requires us to be connectors between the world and the Gospel. We have a great message that we ought to be a lot more excited about than we are.
