...pay $500 stipend to a special ed teacher to put together a spreadsheet plan to assign paraeducators into classrooms. They look at all special ed, LAP and ELL and have created a "blended" model over two years. Now paraeducators work with kids. D. Baerwald changed the funding so the staff members know that it is institutionally blended.

First, they look at grade level teacher special needs students by period and assign support based on number of special needs students in the class. Teachers get a summary list of special needs students.
