Communication Breakdown

Our discipline codes do not match our Student Handbook codes. Rumor has it
that at least one discipline appeal was overturned based on this technical
error. Changes are being made BUT...to my knowledge

1. this issue was only discussed at an AP Meeting

2. as principal I didn't know about this problem

3. discipline continues and we may be copying the same problem over and
over...just this week we had a drug distribution/possession case and two
significant fights

4. without good communications, the problems can get bigger and bigger

Bottom line, we need a better way to distribute information to everyone
