FW: IMPORTANT MESSAGE FROM

E-mail is so tricky and sometimes counterintuitive. The superintendent sent
out a complete e-mail detailing what needed to be done but many people only
browse e-mails and the message can be lost. A principal friend of mine did
this so I call the superintendent's secretary and she sent out this
follow-up e-mail. To get a quick, sure action for everyone over e-mail takes
a quick, sure e-mail. Communications is so challenging.
