Real leaders are not people who can point out what is wrong. Almost anyone can do that. Real leaders are people who can make things better.

This BLOG started as an electronic notebook for a Personal Development class through Seattle Pacific University as we are keeping a journal of what we are learning as we go through our regular work week. It has become a collection of electronic articles that catch my attention as I browse the web and drink my morning coffee.
