So Many Issues, So Many Meetings, So Little Time

At the Secondary Advisory Meeting, we discussed many, many secondary issues
and didn¹t start any solutions. Two hours. Next meeting in a month. All of
the issues will still be there. There must be a better way.

With this group, I would like to experiment with on-line group work. We can
define the problem, brainstorm solutions and start the dialogue before the
meeting so we can use the meeting time to move to positive action.

We already have a positive start in this direction with the way Vicky,
Carolyn and I are working on the I728/Literacy Link/Student Learning Plans.
This process may be a way to take care of many tough issues.
