Project Planning: People and Time

Carolyn is creating project plans but her name ends up on too many tasks.
Imagine a project plan to build a new school where the architect puts his
name on tasks like plumbing, demolition, painting etcŠ Can she work more
than 60 hours a week? One of the outcomes of a Project Plan is a realistic
look at human labor and time. We may need to extend Project Planning to the
next stage which is to translate the flattened organization to the Project
Plan.
